Whether it is apartment hunting, car shopping, looking for a new furniture set, house shopping, loan shopping, or asking questions of a checking account to your personal banker, personalized follow-up is not hard. In fact, it should be expected. It is table-stakes.

A marketer’s job is to empower that action; but we can’t do it alone.

I have heard too many people in sales say, “Marketing can do it.”

Marketing without personal touch is just noise.
